English Lecturer

We have a great opportunity based at our Kingsway, Dunstable campus for an English Lecturer to become a key member of our Maths & English department.

As an English Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:
  • Delivering effective, up-to-date and stimulating learning opportunities, leading to success and progression for our learners. You will underpin your teaching activity with timely completion of all administration duties and professional development.
Our ideal candidates will have up to date industry standard vocational skills and commitment to continue to maintain them, and experience working in the relevant industry, alongside the following qualifications:
  • Degree level qualification in relevant subject area
  • Teaching qualification equivalent to Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (or willingness to work towards)
  • Level 2 qualification in maths and English
  • Assessor Award (or willingness to work towards)
