We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced Maths specialist to work as part of the College's dedicated English and Maths team.

The successful candidate will be involved in delivering, developing and preparing Functional Skills and Maths GCSE.

Ideally, you will have considerable experience of teaching Maths with the ability to be creative and adaptable in your approaches to delivery to support the learning of students at varying levels.

In addition to teaching, your role will involve both individual and team support to vocational staff that will need assistance with embedding Maths into their vocational courses.

You will be required to support with the development of the curriculum and innovating the teaching practices for students at a variety of levels. This includes contributing to the quality process by providing evidence of outstanding and innovative teaching practice and individual learning plans.

This role will require someone who can work flexibly across all the West Herts College group campuses. The successful candidate will be working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am to 5pm.
