An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Business for a teacher to teach all levels.

We are looking for an enthusiastic willing to make a difference to the lives and careers of our learners.

The successful candidate must have the capacity and ability to manage the progress of learners across all levels and support their pastoral needs, whilst monitoring course specific KPI's.

You will join a vibrant and high-performing team, teaching across a range of FE Business curriculum programmes level 1 - 3. You must have excellent knowledge and understanding of Pearson BTEC qualifications, exams and assessments. Experience is desirable in one or more of the following: Business finance, Marketing, Branding and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The successful candidate must be confident that they can contribute to and improve our team.

Teaching experience and relevant qualifications are desirable although we are keen to hear from anyone with the right skills. We offer a supportive culture which offers excellent CPD opportunities.

You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching. You should also be committed to providing prompt, detailed assessment of student work with experience of personal tutoring including target setting.

This is an Hourly Paid position, working 15 hours a week working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford and Hemel campuses.
