The Role: As the School Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our school. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming visitors, parents, and students with a warm and friendly manner. Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintaining an organized reception area and managing visitor sign-in processes. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing. Collaborating with staff and parents to ensure effective communication. Providing general administrative support to the school leadership team.Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist/administrator is essential. Ideally, you have prior experience working within a school environment, understanding its unique dynamics and requirements. This does not need to have been in an admin role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment. Familiarity with SIMMS is an advantage, but not essential. A genuine passion for working with children.Working Hours and Compensation: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. We offer a competitive pay rate ranging from £10 to £12 per hour, commensurate with experience.
