We are looking for an experienced SEN Practitioner to join our Learner Support team in a dynamic role at Bolton College.

An opportunity has arisen for an Inclusion Officer to work within the Transition and Assessment team.  As a motivated self-starter, you will have experience of delivering training to learners with a range of additional support needs within an FE setting and of liaising with partner agencies, schools, parents and carers.  The post will involve working within the Transition and Assessment team to identify and address the individual needs of potential and current learners.

You will hold a Level 3 qualification in health, social care and/or education and a qualification or experience in supporting learners to access inclusive education.
