The Role: Cover Supervisor A successful Cover supervisor will work with our secondary schools delivering pre-planned lessons to groups of students ages 11- 18. Any work will be pre-planned by the class teacher or another within the school. As a cover supervisor, you will deliver this to the students whilst managing their behaviour and providing feedback to any relevant members of staff. To be successful in this role we look for a graduate who has at least 20 days or more of experience working with children and or young people. This is a great way to start your career in teaching. This experience can come in a variety of different forms: Scout group leading Football Coaching Sports coaching Volunteering Placements Work experience Dance teachers Pay and Renumeration: The average day-to-day rate for a cover supervisor is £72 - £85, with working hours being between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.
