Full Time School Caretaker Role - Pontypridd Your new School I am currently recruiting for a Caretaker role for a Primary School based in Pontypridd. The school have a fantastic track record setting excellent standards whilst creating an inclusive culture for both staff and pupils. The leadership team have built excellent relationships with the school and community ensuring there is a supportive and safe environment. The role is full time and the hours are flexible. The rate of pay for this role is from £12-£15 per hour. Your new role As the Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the school grounds ensuring the pupils have the best possible facilities to help them thrive. You will be responsible for the smooth running of operations in the school and your day-to-day responsibilities include: Unlocking the school General porterage Cleaning and maintenance of the building when needed General repairs Events set-up and clear-up What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will either have previous experience in a caretaking role or any handyperson position.
