Curriculum Administration Team Leader

As Curriculum Administration Coordinator, you'll be managing a brand-new close-knit team of support administrators as part of a fresh reshaping for the college

Looking after curriculum clusters, your team will support the entire student journey from initial enrolment to certificates & progression.

You'll be in a fast-paced environment, responsible for delivering a proactive administrative function to your allocated departments.

This is the perfect role if you're an experienced administrator who's ready to take a step up and build your people management and leadership skills, or are already in a management role and want the challenge of developing and supporting a brand new team.

Our students are at the heart of everything we do. As part of the role, you will be working on everything from organising trips & residentials, to providing support for open days and exams.

With time dedicated to developing both your own skills and the rest of your team's, apply now if you're looking for a fresh challenge within a forward-thinking organisation that looks after its people and maintains a happy and healthy working culture.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
  • Managing a skilled administration team within a fast-paced curriculum environment
  • Developing your team's skills and working practices as part of a brand-new structure
  • Supporting the Administrative Services Manager to develop a rolling training plan
  • Engaging in a professional training plan to develop your leadership skills
  • Championing our commitment to putting students first
  • Promoting our values of fairness, respect & equality
After your first year with us, success would look like:
  • Achieved high levels of satisfaction from administrative service users
  • Ensured your team has provided a flexible and timely administrative function
  • Implemented a comprehensive training plan and developed your team
  • Enthusiastically engaged with the college's dedicated CPD programmes
  • Built strong working relationships and supported colleagues where possible
We're open-minded & welcome all applicants who believe they can succeed. Though ideally, you will:
  • Have experience working in an administrative role
  • Have experience in managing and developing a team
  • Be able to develop systems and process to improve a service
  • Hold a business administration qualification or have the equivalent experience
  • Be excited to bring fresh ideas to the table and help us constantly improve
We also offer outstanding pension, benefits & annual leave packages
