Wigan & Leigh College is seeking a highly competent and knowledgeable Lecturer to join our Centre of Excellence at our Pagefield site to help us deliver outstanding teaching and learning on our Plastering/Multi Trade courses.
We are looking for candidates who have had experience in working within an industrial setting.
Ideally, the successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:
Teaching experience is desirable, however we are looking for someone with the confidence to share their experience and knowledge with our students and will provide support for gaining a formal teaching qualification alongside your work with us.
The role will also include IQA/moderation duties within an existing team and developing the College’s offer in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.
The successful Lecturer will be capable of sharing their knowledge with our students in an engaging and informative manner that demonstrates their passion for the subject.
