Industry Placement Work Experience Co-Ordinator Part Time - Permanent - Hertford Regional College - Broxbourne and Ware Campus We are looking to recruit an Industry Placement Work Experience Co-Ordinator to work within our Apprenticeship & Commercial Development Directorate, working for our subsidiary company, Herts Resourcing Group, based at Hertford Regional College.
The main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate and manage the work experience and industry placements for the students within curriculum areas of the College. The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with students, employers and the programme teams to ensure that all students in the area are placed in relevant settings and their progress monitored closely. This will involve high levels of communication and effective time management skills.
We are seeking a highly organised individual who is able to manage their own workload, keep to deadlines whilst also being able to communicate effectively with students and employers. Ideal candidates will have experience of working in the Further Education sector and with young people facing challenges that can impact their learning.

Salary: Actual salary £18,795-£19,770 per annum (based on £22,555 to £23,725 pro rata per annum) dependent upon qualifications and experience
Hours: 30 hours per week - days to be agreed
Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata per annum
