We are looking to appoint an AAT Lecturer/Trainer Assessor to join our highly motivated and creative team.
An experienced AAT Lecturer/Trainer Assessor is required to carry out workplace assessments, reviews and set action plans for apprentices, including SMART Targets and deliver on professional qualifications at Levels 2-4 including delivery of Functional Skills.
The role will also include IQA duties within an existing team and developing the College’s offer in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.
Suitable candidates will hold a recognised assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1 or equivalent) and a teaching qualification, and ideally be confident in all aspects of workplace assessment.
The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Employees will, in accordance with statutory guidance, be subject to a comprehensive checking process including references from current and previous employers, health, right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list. To comply with legislation, you are required to obtain a DBS check for your role. We will be asking Protocol National Ltd/Esafeguarding Ltd to undertake this process on our behalf.
