Taking and circulating minutes, dealing with telephone enquiries and postal and email correspondence, you will assist with data input with regards to the ALS administration databases and the production of reports for the ALS Manager.

With previous work experience (ideally demonstrable clerical / administration related), you will have a background of dealing with a range of people face to face and over the telephone and be capable of working on your own initiative.  Computer literate, you will ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent and possess excellent communication skills.

Please note that new guidance in Keeping Children Safe in Education 2022 requires us to carry out an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates. This to enable us to identify any incidents or issues which have happened and are publicly available online which we might want to explore at interview. Once shortlisting has taken place, this search will be carried out for all candidates who will attend an interview.
