With the growth of the College, we are enhancing and developing the finance function to continue to provide the level service our students, colleagues and customers deserve.  With this growth and the retirement of two experienced staff we are looking for four exceptional finance professionals to drive our development.
 

• Financial Accountant – leading the financial accounts team to deliver a full range of activities including account payables and receivables, financial accounting systems and processes investment and, cashflow management.  This position also requires the management supervision and development of staff.  To hold an AAT qualification or an equivalent.

• Management Accountant – Leading the management accounts team, this role ensures that the college gets the analysis and insight to best use our resources.  Leading on budget setting, budget monitoring and the production of monthly management accounts, month/year end procedures, and internal and external audit reviews. This position also requires management supervision and development of staff. Applicants should fully CCAB qualified.
  £36,891 - £41,527
   
• Senior Ledger Assistant (Income) – to support the finance team and take the lead on the maintenance of the sales ledger, processing of debtor invoice, the collection of outstanding debts and the reconciliation of income sources received by the collect including grant funding. Applicants should fully CCAB qualified.£25,870 - £29,992 
   
• Finance Assistant – Key to the delivery of the department this role supports the day-to-day running of the finance team ensuring key tasks in the management and financial accounting functions are completed to a high standard.  This is a developmental role where we expect the successful candidate to grow and develop their career with the college Applicants should be AAT qualified (or equivalent).
