A truly rewarding role has appeared and we need your passion, drive, and enthusiasm to make a difference at the City of Portsmouth College (COPC). This role will be based at our Highbury Campus, but travel may be required between campuses based in Portsmouth on occasions.

The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who has passion, a strong background in a related job position or an individual who is eager to learn and expand their experience and knowledge in this field.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To input, amend and maintain records within the relevant MIS systems.
  • To be responsible for data production, validation and control.
  • To adhere to and understand principles of funding methodologies, using this knowledge to interrogate data.
  • To ensure all examination related activity is conducted in line with JCQ, Awarding Body and EPA requirements.
  • To be responsible for administering and processing paperwork and complete appropriate documentation as required.
  • To provide excellence in Customer Service and communication, this involves customer contact via the telephone, in person and in writing.
