They are particularly interested in speaking with Secondary Teachers who have English or Maths as a specialism or primary teachers who have experience with the transition to secondary.
As a Secondary School Teacher ?your day will be varied and interesting, you will be able to follow a flexible structure whilst supporting their children and young people by providing bespoke therapeutic educational frameworks that are tailor made to each child and young person.
As the Secondary School Teacher you will be working within a Trauma informed practice model where they can support and ?follow a therapeutic practice. The organisation's schools have been awarded the 'Attachment and Trauma Sensitive School Award'.

?The Team in Rochdale
The School is a small independent SEMH school for pupils aged 6-18 located in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. It is registered to offer education to 30 pupils with a range of needs including ADHD, autism, developmental trauma, anxiety, sensory processing difficulties, dyslexia and attachment difficulties amongst other varying needs. The school caters to individual needs within very small class groups of pupils, promoting social engagement.

Their full-time hours for the Secondary School Teacher are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm
The role is full time over 5 days per week, however if you would like the opportunity for part time or compressed hours, they would be happy to speak to you about this.
