Position: School Site Manager Location: Gravesend, DA13 Role: Permanent Salary: £21,801 - £23,262 FTE (will increase to £23,801 - £25,262 FTE in Academic Year 2023/24) Start: ASAP We are looking for a positive, well organised, and motivated Site Manager to maintain our client s site to a high standard and join their hardworking and friendly team at their Meopham based Primary School. Reporting to the School Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall maintenance to ensure the security, safety, and condition of the school site (buildings and grounds). This position is full time for 52 weeks of the year with 26 days holiday. The current salary is £21,801 - £23,262 FTE, depending on experience, which will increase to £23,801 - £25,262 FTE in Academic Year 2023/24. There is an Essential User Allowance for this role of £1,440 per annum. There is also the potential of a £2,000 Recruitment and Retention payment for a suitable candidate - this will be discussed at the interview stage. Hours of work are 37 hours per week. 25 Hours per week at the primary school and the remaining hours to be used across all Trust Schools based on need.
