An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Apprenticeships & Business Engagement department to join our team as an Employer Engagement Officer. We are seeking individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with employers and source Industry work placements for our students.
The successful candidates will nurture and enhance relationships with existing employers, partners and stakeholders to identify skills and recruitment needs and work experience placement opportunities.
You would be responsible for ensuring that all learners within your caseload undertake relevant and high-quality work experience. The areas you would be working with are:
- Hairdressing, beauty and creative industry's
- Digital, T-Levels, engineering and sport
