Job Description:

As a School Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the school premises. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, and minor repairs).
• Overseeing janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conducting regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Monitoring and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Coordinating with external contractors for major repairs or renovations.
• Assisting with event setup and ensuring facilities are prepared for school functions.
• Responding promptly to emergency situations and security concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general DIY.
