  • West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds
  • 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Salary: £28,188 per annum - £30,057 per annum + £3,000 Joining Bonus!
We are seeking an individual to support in the delivery of high-quality Engineering Apprenticeship programmes to include teaching, training, pastoral, and assessment elements of each Learner's Individual Learning Plan (ILP). This role will manage the coordination and delivery of all aspects of an Apprenticeship including Skills for Success, Functional Skills, gateway and EPA preparation for Learner & Employer Recording progress. Taking all necessary steps to support Learners in their planning and learning to be successful in both their course and personal objectives.

The successful candidate should have demonstratable experience within the engineering sector together with an enthusiasm for your subject, and the ability to convey this to learners - ideally to with a supporting relevant qualification at level 3 or above.
