Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' well-being and development.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to the individual needs and abilities of students.
• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and achievements.

You must have;

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and best teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
