Your new role
We are looking for a Pastoral Support Officers to work as part of the Pastoral team supporting Heads of Year to provide excellence in the daily management and welfare of students and assisting with the maintenance of standards of discipline and behaviour. The successful candidate will work closely with the pastoral team to reduce barriers to learning and promote academic and pastoral excellence. Supporting Heads of Year in following up behaviour incidents.
