The College is one of the leading further education colleges in the North East and continues to be at the forefront of new initiatives, being the only College in the North East to offer all the new T Levels in Early Years, Digital and Construction and will be increasing the T Level offer next year to include Health. The College is also the lead institution for the North East Institute of Technology (NEIoT). It has foundation degree awarding powers and has extensive delivery of European Social Funding (ESF) programmes. The postholder will be part of a team of Apprenticeship Liaison Coordinators, who are responsible for securing apprenticeship employment opportunities across apprenticeship programmes. Building significant relationships with a range of employers, providing funding guidance and support for both employers and apprentices throughout the learner journey from enrolment to completion.

You will maintain accurate Apprentice documentation in line with audit requirements throughout the learner journey and manage a caseload of apprentices providing advice and support apprentices on Apprenticeship programmes. Ensure the effective delivery of key performance targets of New College Durham.
