Job Description:

As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and educating our young learners. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. With a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, you will foster a love for learning while promoting the development of essential skills and knowledge. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and the wider school community to ensure each child receives the best possible education.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and stimulating lessons aligned with the curriculum

Provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of students

Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to promote growth

Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles

Establish positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching practices

Create a safe and orderly classroom environment that encourages active student participation

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere

Foster a love for learning and promote the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments

Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required)

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification (required)

Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher or relevant teaching experience (preferred)

Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum and teaching methods

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues

Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing a high-quality education

Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school
