Responsibilities:

As a Primary school Teacher, you will:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and mutual respect.
• Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate active learning and student engagement.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and implementing interventions where necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective schemes of work and assessment strategies.
• Foster a love for learning, install a growth mindset, and promote independent thinking among students.
• Establish effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for education and a commitment to ensuring the academic and personal development of each student.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
