We are seeking a Health and Social Care Work Placement Officer who will be responsible for Health and Social Care work placements. The area is an exceptional place to work, with staff working collaboratively to ensure the very best outcomes for our students. This role will be delivering the work experience curriculum effectively through a variety of different learning strategies, including innovative use of digital technology (Navigate).
You will be supporting students to gain their DBS and work placement, organising assessments and action planning of work-related activities ensuring all work is recorded on Navigate. You should have appropriate vocational qualifications, knowledge of the qualification framework and experience across a variety of curriculum levels. Your ability to relate to a diverse student population and act as a role model will be key.
