Job description
  • West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds
  • 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Salary: £21,018 per annum (Actual Salary £17,249)
We are seeking an individual with outstanding customer care skills. In this role you will be dealing with multiple departments, students, and staff. The successful candidate will be a positive and proactive individual.

This role will involve administrative duties so attention to detail and strong IT skills would be essential. You will be a flexible team player, who responds well to the unique challenges and fast changing environment of our college. Prior experience of school attendance would be advantageous but not essential.
