The Role: Autism Support Worker

As an Autism Support Worker, you're more than an educator - you're a guiding light, illuminating the path for children with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex care requirements. Under the mentorship of a dedicated class teacher, you'll lead the way both in group settings and through personalised 1-1 interactions. What You'll Bring:

• Previous Experience (Essential): you will already have 6 months minimum experience working in a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant role.
