We wish to appoint a full time term-time only assessor in childcare to work with students on NCFE T-LEVEL programmes at level 2 and level 3.
You will be required to work across the NCFE T-LEVEL level 2 and level 3, programmes, preparing learners for their assessment visits in college, visiting learners at their work placements and assessing and guiding them in the completion of their work-based assignments and exams, including facilitating ensuing professional discussions relating to each visit, to ensure they meet NCFE criteria and national standards.
Following each observation, you will be required to write up an accurate report for each visit, assess and grade and provide feedback for all written work in relation to the visit including professional discussions.
You will also work with the NCFE moderator during the exam window and meet NCFE T-LEVEL tutors and the curriculum manager in college on a regular basis.
You must demonstrate knowledge of pastoral issues affecting young people, knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety. Experience of working with young people is essential.
