About the role:

As a Project Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of the development of the courses for the Online Faculty funded projects. You will facilitate the implementation relating to the project’s objectives originating from the Online Faculty team, Digital Education team, and our Subject Matter Experts.

You will provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple projects, monitoring progression throughout to ensure we achieve excellent success rates on all funded projects.

This is a full-time role currently funded until March 2024, with funding likely to be extended until 2025. There is flexibility to be based at any campus with opportunities to work from home up to two days per week.

What do you need to be a successful as a Project Manager at Activate Learning?

To thrive as a Project Manager at Activate Learning, we seek a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and an ability for meeting deadlines.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years commercial experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from conception to launch/delivery
  • Experience of managing concurrent projects with different timescales
  • Working with multi-disciplinary development teams
  • Significant experience of operating and achieving results in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Working with multiple stakeholders including Product Owners, Project Leads and Instructional Designers
  • While prior experience in the Further Education (FE) environment is desirable, it is not essential for this role
