Apprenticeships Systems and Compliance Officer

Permanent/ Full Time

£29,594 - £32,338 -Depending on experience & Qualifications

Based at the St. Albans Campus

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Apprenticeship Compliance Officer to ensure the accuracy and completeness of apprenticeship data and compliance with funding rules. The post holder will be responsible for managing apprenticeship records and supporting the college in audit and quality monitoring processes. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of data integrity and supporting the overall success of our apprenticeship programs

Required Skills

• Experience in managing data within an apprenticeship or educational setting.
• Knowledge of ESFA funding rules and apprenticeship compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using MIS systems eg ProSolution and data validation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce detailed reports.
• Experience in preparing for audits and quality inspections.
• Relevant qualifications at Level 3 or above, with advanced IT skills
