Year 5 Teaching AssistantThe successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a high achieving Year 5 pupil. This pupil does have medical needs thus there is an element of personal care. Please contact us for more information.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
• Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
• Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
• Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
• Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices
