We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Blackpool. This role offers a great opportunity to support students across different age groups and abilities, contributing to their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and group support to students, including those with additional needs.
• Support classroom behavior management and foster a positive learning environment.
• Help with administrative tasks, classroom setup, and lesson resources.
• Encourage and support students' participation in school activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistance (desirable).
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
