Position: School Caretaker
Location: Primary School St. Helen's

Duration: Long Term
Hours: 5.30am-10am
Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and reliable School Caretaker for a Primary school in St. Helen's.The successful candidate will work from 5.30am-10am, ensuring the school's facilities are maintained to a high standard. You will need Key Holder experience as you will be opening up the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key holder responsibilities - Opening up of the school
• General upkeep and maintenance of school premises
• Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the environment
• Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Managing supplies and stock as required
• Assisting with security and monitoring of the school premises

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required
• Key holder responsibilities - Opening up of the school
• Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role, preferably within a school setting
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
