Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, ensuring all students have an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support, assisting students with their academic progress and personal development.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
• Support the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes enthusiasm and a love for learning.

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Some knowledge of the national curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Effective organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
