Are you an Early Years professional? Tradewind is looking for a Reception Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs. You must have experience in EYFS. You must have SEND experience or wish to pursue a career in SEND.

Where: South Manchester

Shift Pattern: Full-time, after October half term holidays

Class: Reception

Pay: 84 - 90 per day, depending on experience

Reception Teaching Assistant

The successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a reception pupil on a 1:1 and/or small group basis.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
• Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
• Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
• Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
• Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices

Essential Requirements:

-Any relevant TA qualifications

-Excellent references to support previous experience

-A CV that covers full employment history

-The right to work in the UK
