As a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs within the classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), providing tailored support to help students engage with the curriculum, and creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. You will work closely with students to address their specific learning needs, adapting resources and activities to ensure accessibility and understanding.

Additionally, you will monitor and track student progress, contribute to behavioral management strategies, and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the holistic development of each student. A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach is essential for success in this role.
