Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective early years education.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to children, fostering their development and learning.
• Cover lessons during teacher PPA time, ensuring continuity of education and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Support the planning and implementation of creative and stimulating activities.
• Observe and assess children's progress, contributing to records and reports.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for early years education.
