Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team and support numerous schools in Lincolnshire. We have a full-time position available on a long-term basis, providing essential support to both students and teaching staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students.
• Work collaboratively with students, both in 1:1 settings and within group environments.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when necessary, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the overall development and well-being of the students in your care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passionate about supporting the educational needs of students.

Pay Range: 83.33 - 95 per day (depending on hours and experience)

These positions are initially available until Christmas, with the possibility of extension based on performance and school requirements.
