TeacherActive are looking for a SEND Catering Tutor to join one of our fantastic SEND colleges in South Liverpool. The successful candidate will plan, prepare and deliver all Catering Curriculum from entry Level to Level 3 advanced diploma in culinary skills.

The successful SEND Catering tutor will be joining a brilliant College that supports young adults with a variety of Special Education Needs. Experience working with learners who have an Autism / ASC and Moderate Learning Difficulties / MLD diagnosis is essential.

The Head of college is looking to take on a driven SEND Catering Tutor, on a Long-Term basis until the end of the academic year with the possibility this will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

As a SEND Catering Tutor you will require the following:

• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant experience working within an FE setting
• A passion for teaching and making a difference to young people s learning
• Licence/Certification:

• Food Hygiene Certificate at Level 2 or above (required)

• Catering Qualification at Level 3 or above (required)

• Catering management: 2 years (required)
