About the role:

Supply Desk are working with a Sixth Form College based close to Andover that are seeking a full time Art Teacher to start ASAP on a long-term contract initially Christmas with a strong possibility of being extended until Easter 2025. The College are looking for someone that would be teaching Fine Art (Level 1 & 2) on Monday, Thursday, Fridays. The role is suitable for an experienced Art Teacher that is seeking a longer-term position in an excellent School or an ECT for Art that is looking for a longer term contract.

The College is a is a Further Education and Higher Education college that caters for students aged from 16-19 years. The college provides courses from sixth form to degree level.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have recent experience teaching in UK Schools
• Be a committed team player
• Proven track record of raising attainment
• Be confident and adaptable to different environments
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Be able to deliver Art in a fun and engaging way that students can relate to
