Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge in a supportive primary school setting? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced candidate to take on the role of Before and After School Manager at a Primary School in the SK6 area of Stockport.

Role Details:

• Position: Before and After School Manager
• Location: SK6 area, Stockport
• Hours: 32 hours per week (split shift)
• Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification required

The school is seeking a candidate who has a proven track record of working with children, is highly organised, and can ensure the smooth running of the before and after school provision. Your role will involve supervising and engaging with children during these times, ensuring their safety and promoting a fun, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the before and after school provision
• Engage with children in a range of activities
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for all children
• Liaise with parents, carers, and school staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working in a school setting, ideally in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
