A primary school in Wandsworth is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Business Manager to join their team starting in November. The school, with a 1-form entry, is looking for someone who can lead on financial management, HR, and operations to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school.

School Business Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the school's finances, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage HR functions including staff recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
• Lead on the management of the school's resources, including facilities and IT.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to across the school.
• Work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

School Business Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience in school administration or as a business manager.
