Make a Difference in Learner Engagement Peterborough College is seeking a passionate and experienced
Lecturer in Learner Engagement to join our dynamic team.
In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of our students by:
- Delivering high-quality teaching on Learner Engagement courses for 14-16 year olds
- Motivating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential
- Developing engaging course materials and schemes of work
- Providing constructive feedback to help students progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive learning environment
What we're looking for: - A teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd/L5 Diploma) or a willingness to get a Level 5 Diploma
- A passion to engage young people to get back into education
- A minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
- Assessor Award (A1/TQA/CAVA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons
- A collaborative and team-oriented spirit
- Flexibility and ability to adapt towards the business needs
