Data and Funding Administrator Job description
- West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds
- 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Permanent
- Salary: £23,114 per annum - £23,893 per annum
This is a hybrid role, and the key responsibilities will be to co-ordinate and administer student funding data for our Classroom Based Further Education provision. This will involve ensuring accurate data is analysed and input onto the ILR (Individual Learner Record) so that funding received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency is maximised, and that audit conditions are met.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an administrative environment, excellent working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases, and knowledge of data analysis. With an organised, methodical and flexible approach to working, you should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
