We are currently seeking a new Deputy Principal, who will support the Principal in all aspects of the college’s management, maximising effectiveness and efficiency across the full range of our activity. The new postholder will shape the college’s strategy as it evolves and responds to the local, regional and national environment, including leading the development and implementation of a forward-looking, inclusive and high-performing curriculum strategy. A champion of innovative teaching and learning, you will drive ongoing improvement and consistent high quality. Also of key importance will be to inspire and develop our staff, while acting as an outstanding ambassador, building and sustaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Our successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of senior leadership and innovation, with a thorough understanding of post-16 education and training. We are open about the type of education institute that you come from, be it school, academy, sixth form college or GFE college, as long as you have a commitment to delivering high quality, grasping opportunities for innovation and improving outcomes.
