About the Role
Think FE Ltd. is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted-rated college in Northampton that is seeking a committed and passionate Careers Advisor to join their Student Services team. This is a key role supporting students through one-to-one career guidance, masterclasses, and interactive support during college open events.
You ll help learners identify their strengths, interests, and long-term goals, while also playing an active role in shaping the wider careers provision across the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one careers guidance tailored to individual learner needs
• Host and deliver careers masterclasses across curriculum areas
• Provide advice and support to prospective students at open events
• Stay current with labor market trends and progression routes
• Work collaboratively with curriculum and support staff to ensure careers education is embedded across the college

Who We re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals with a range of backgrounds and qualifications:

• Experienced Careers Advisors with Level 6 IAG, Level 3 Teaching Qualification, and Level 2 Customer Service
• However we would also welcome applications from Qualified Careers Advisors with a Level 4 IAG qualification or Professionals with strong transferable skills from employability, recruitment, or related sectors
