A primary school in Stratford, Newham, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate must have previous experience using Bromcom and be able to handle a range of administrative tasks efficiently.

• Managing the school's Bromcom system, including attendance, admissions, and pupil records
• Handling enquiries from parents, staff, and external agencies
• Supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks
• Assisting with safeguarding procedures and maintaining confidentiality
• General office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing emails

• Experience with Bromcom is essential
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a school office setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
