      About the role:

      The Role

      We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to work with our students in different ways to support them not only to complete and achieve but also to get involved and develop themselves while they are with us. The suitable candidate will be confident in supporting young people to access extra-curricular activities.

      You will
      To pro-actively support students in overcoming barriers to learning and engagement through personalised interventions and de-escalation strategies, while fostering a positive learning environment. This role entails developing effective behaviour management plans, collaborating with staff, and contributing to the college's ethos of restorative practices to empower students in managing and improving their own behaviour.

      The ideal candidate will have experience of, or be interested in, youth work and behaviour management. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
