Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs?
Do you believe every child deserves a champion, no matter the challenges they face?

We are seeking exceptional and resilient teachers to join our dedicated team at School Name , a specialist setting for children and young people aged 5-16 with a wide range of needs, including:

      • BESD (Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties)
      • EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plans)
      • SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
      • Neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD, OCD, etc.)
      • PRU experience (Pupil Referral Unit)
      • Mental Health (Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, etc.)

As a teacher in our school, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference. We work with small class sizes, offering a therapeutic, nurturing, and highly personalised curriculum designed to meet individual needs.

      About the Role:

      • Plan and deliver creative, flexible, and differentiated lessons across the curriculum.
      • Foster strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support emotional regulation and engagement.
      • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including LSAs, therapists, and external professionals.
      • Support pupils with personalised learning plans linked to their EHCPs.
      • Create a safe, predictable, and positive environment where pupils can thrive.

We are looking for teachers who:

      • Are qualified (QTS/QTLS or equivalent - ECTs are welcome).
      • Have experience working with pupils with SEMH, PRU, or neurodiverse needs (desirable but not essential - training provided).
      • Are resilient, empathetic, and committed to trauma-informed, therapeutic approaches.
      • Can adapt quickly and think creatively to support a diverse range of needs.
      • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and external agencies.

Simply Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check and references will be required.
