The Role - We are seeking an experienced Business Lecturer to teach students across all levels of Business Studies qualifications at our Bexley campus. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications, along with up-to-date industry expertise .
- The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering an engaging and high-quality learning experience, equipping students with the necessary skills for further education, employment, or apprenticeships.
Skills and Experience For this role, you will need to have proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience. You will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) - and be a qualified FE teacher (or be willing to work towards this).
You will need to have great communication skills - able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups, in an engaging way. You will also need efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
